Refill Process: How does it work?

At The Dispensary, we strive to make the refill process simple and convenient. Here's how it works:

1. Bring Your Own Containers: Feel free to bring your clean, empty containers from home. We accept everything, whether it's a mason jar, bottle, or Tupperware. Alternatively, we provide compostable paper bags or choose from our range of reusable containers available for purchase.

2. Weigh and Tare: Place your container on our Scales which will weigh your container and subtract their weight (tare) so that you only pay for the product inside. This ensures accurate pricing and minimizes waste.

3. Choose Your Products & Fill: Browse our range and select the products you would like. Dispense the desired quantity into your container / bag.

4. Pay: Bring your chosen products to the checkout counter, where you'll pay for the amount of product refilled.
